Yes—our team loves to travel. We have specialized South Asian artists in many of our service areas, and if needed, we bring in team members from nearby locations to accommodate your event. Travel fees and logistics will be discussed during booking to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Our stylist do final touchups during your services time. If you would like our stylist to go to your venue for touchups, you can make a request for one to do so. Subject to availability and additional service charge of an hourly rate.
Yes, they can! We are happy to change locations if needed. A venue change fee will apply.Â
We will also need build in additional time to allow for our stylist to pack up their gear, transport it and set up again.
Yes you can, in fact we encourage trials. Not only do these give you a chance to nail down the look you are going for but also gives you the opportunity to get to know your stylist before your wedding day. We recommend trials 2-3 months out from the wedding to: We have several options to choose from and if you would like to book one before reserving your day with us, we can do that too! Click here to view our Bridal services.
We are a dry styling company, we do not offer blowouts on the day of. We ask that all hair be ready to be styled on the day of and for our curly hair girlies looking for a smoother style, we suggest a professional blowout 2-3 days before the big day!
Every bride receives a touch up kit prior to wedding day with all the fun items you need for any touch ups! Miniature lip touch ups are provided for all bridal party members. Touch up kits are available for purchase if you’d like to elevate your bridal party’s experience and gift them with something cute and bardot!Â

Our team is experienced in traditional bridal styling, full glam makeup, and multi-event wedding timelines, ensuring each look is tailored to your vision while lasting through long wedding days and multiple ceremonies.
Absolutely. South Asian weddings often span multiple days, including events like the Mehndi, Sangeet, ceremony, and reception. We have a dedicated team experienced in multi-day cultural events, along with a specialty bridal coordinator who helps manage timelines, logistics, and artist scheduling to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Yes—the more the merrier! South Asian weddings often include larger groups, with 10–25+ services being common. We operate with a team-based approach, bringing multiple artists to ensure everyone is ready on time while keeping the experience organized and stress-free. For larger parties, please inquire so we can coordinate the best setup for your group.
Yes—we specialize in efficiently servicing larger groups. Our team structure allows us to complete multiple services simultaneously, helping maintain a smooth timeline even with high service counts.
The booking retainer is $250. This is collected along with your booking agreement to secure your date on the books. Â
The retainer is non-refundable however it does apply back to your wedding day services total. Â
We base our services on a 4-6 hour time window. We bring adequate number of staff to ensure that all services are done in this time frame. Time and staff allotted is also based on the amount of services in the party. In most cases, the time you need services completed by is dictated by your photographer and or planner. We start with the time services need to be completed and work backwards to set your services start time.Â
You can request an additional stylist be added to your wedding so services are competed in less time. This is subject to availability and has a flat fee of $250 for each additional stylist. We do ask that this be coordinated well in advance as adding stylist closer to the wedding date is often not possible.
- We choose your bardot babe based on our team’s availability. ALl of our team members regardless of location are all trained and can accommodate all makeup and hair styles. Natural, glam, textured skin and hair, our team members can do it all!Â

Yes—we can assist with traditional elements such as dupatta placement, jewelry styling, and securing headpieces. We often work alongside planners and stylists to ensure every detail is properly positioned, secure, and polished for your ceremony and photos.
Yes. We provide hair and makeup services for each event throughout your wedding weekend. Many brides choose different looks for each celebration—such as softer styling for the Mehndi, more defined looks for the ceremony, and modern styles for the reception. We coordinate closely with your planner to align with each event’s timeline.
Yes—we do. Early morning services are common for South Asian weddings, and those logistics are built into our multi-day pricing. For multi-day or early start events, we may request accommodations at the service location to ensure smooth timing, safety, and efficiency for our team.
