Yes—we do! Our team loves to travel and provides onsite bridal hair and makeup services throughout Saratoga Springs, Albany, the Adirondacks, and the Finger Lakes. We come directly to your getting-ready location, whether that’s a resort, private estate, lakeside property, or boutique hotel. Travel fees apply starting 25 miles outside the city center—please inquire for details.
Our stylist do final touchups during your services time. If you would like our stylist to go to your venue for touchups, you can make a request for one to do so. Subject to availability and additional service charge of an hourly rate.
Yes, they can! We are happy to change locations if needed. A venue change fee will apply.
We will also need build in additional time to allow for our stylist to pack up their gear, transport it and set up again.
Yes! In fact, we highly encourage scheduling a bridal trial. Not only does a trial allow you to perfect your wedding-day look, but it also gives you the opportunity to get to know your stylist and feel confident and comfortable before your big day.bFor the best experience, we recommend scheduling your first trial approximately 6–8 weeks after booking to begin exploring your vision and confirming your preferred look. We also recommend a final trial 2–3 months before your wedding day to refine any details and ensure everything is exactly as you envision it.
We are a dry styling company, we do not offer blowouts on the day of. We ask that all hair be ready to be styled on the day of and for our curly hair girlies looking for a smoother style, we suggest a professional blowout 2-3 days before the big day!
Every bride receives a touch up kit prior to wedding day with all the fun items you need for any touch ups! Miniature lip touch ups are provided for all bridal party members. Touch up kits are available for purchase if you’d like to elevate your bridal party’s experience and gift them with something cute and bardot!

Yes—many venues in the Adirondacks and Finger Lakes are more remote or nature-based. Our team plans ahead for travel time, setup, and any location-specific needs to ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter the setting.
It’s common for couples to get ready at vacation homes, inns, or resorts in Upstate New York. We recommend having a space with natural light, seating, and access to outlets. Our team brings everything needed and adapts easily to different environments.
Yes—Upstate New York weather can vary depending on the season, from warm summer days to crisp fall or cooler mountain climates. We tailor each look with long-wear products and techniques to ensure your bridal beauty lasts throughout the day.
The booking retainer is $250. This is collected along with your booking agreement to secure your date on the books.
The $250 booking retainer is non-refundable. Of this amount, $200 will be applied toward your final wedding day services balance. The remaining $50 is retained and supports your dedicated Bridal Coordinator, ongoing planning assistance, and wedding day Team Lead oversight to ensure a seamless experience from booking through your event date.
Absolutely—the more the merrier! Destination weddings in Saratoga Springs, the Adirondacks, and the Finger Lakes often include larger groups and multi-day celebrations. We bring a team of artists to ensure everyone stays on schedule while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. For parties larger than 15 people (not services), please inquire so we can coordinate the best setup for your group.
We base our services on a 4-6 hour time window. We bring adequate number of staff to ensure that all services are done in this time frame. Time and staff allotted is also based on the amount of services in the party. In most cases, the time you need services completed by is dictated by your photographer and or planner. We start with the time services need to be completed and work backwards to set your services start time.
You may request an additional stylist to be added to your wedding day in order to have services completed in a shorter timeframe. Additional stylists are subject to availability and fees start at $250, depending on the services, timeline, and staffing needs of your event.
Please note that a minimum of $600 in services is required for each additional stylist added. Pricing may fluctuate based on your specific timeline and service requirements. We strongly encourage coordinating any staffing changes well in advance, as adding stylists closer to the wedding date is often not possible due to scheduling limitations.
When you complete your Services Agreement after booking, you’ll be asked to provide inspiration photos and details about your desired wedding day look. Our team carefully reviews this information and matches you with the artist or artists who are the best fit based on your style, service needs, and team availability.
Approximately 6–8 weeks after booking, we will finalize your services, assign your wedding day team, and schedule your bridal preview. This allows us to thoughtfully pair you with the stylist best suited for your vision while ensuring availability for both your preview and wedding day.
